I think it was Brady because it was Brady’s idea to drill holes into the Di,Angelo's red kayak so i think Brady was responsible for the kayak sinking. .
The person that was responsible for the holes in the red Kayak was Digger because he was mad that his Grandfather was giving up his house,the boy’s had a plan to drill holes in the red Kayak with some clear glue,paint it over with green markers because J.T didn’t like Brady’s idea so he changed it to the one I said.
10/23/17 I think it was Digger because he was made that his grandpa so that meant he couldn’t swim by the shore any more so he drilled holes, but it was Brady idea to drill holes in the boat’s but not the red kayak.
I think Brady and Digger are responsible because it was Brady’s plan to put holes in the kayak. Digger must have done the plan because if they were doing something he wanted it to be something really bad. He wanted to do something bad because he was upset that the DiAngelo's bought his grandfather's property.
I think it is digger’s fault because he wanted his grandpa to move back to the house sohe drilled holes into the red kayak so the di angelo's die so his grandpa to move in and keep the house.
I think Digger is responsible for the holes in the kayak because he had so much hate in the DiAngelo after his grandpa sold his farm to the DiAngelo who turn it into a house after that day he hate them even more .
I think Digger put holes in the red kayak because when J.T. started to talk to him Digger didn’t and when brady said that they should yell something they didn’t because Digger did not want to. So now Digger won’t say anything because he knows he did it.

10/23 After reading chapter 13, I think the people who are responsible for the killing of Ben are Brady and Digger because Brady told Digger the fact that his dad had a drill and that they can poke holes in the canoe. But I also think Digger is responsible because he actually took action and put holes in the red kayak but he would never know about the drill if Brady never told him.
The person that i think put holes in the red kayak is digger because digger was mad that the deangelo's bought his grandpa’s house because they had a lot of fun there so he was furious.
I think Digger was responsible because he kept on saying don’t do that . The grandpa owned the the place and Braty and J.T. had something to do with it.
